| 摘 要： | 当前影响高等教育质量提高的主要因素有:高校办学指导思想不够端正,办学定位不明确;应试教育和应试学习倾向普遍;教学投入不足;生源水平参差不一;高等教育经费的投入增长跟不上规模发展。为此,应从以下几方面着手提高高等教育质量:树立科学的、多元的高等教育质量观;深化教育教学改革;加强科学实验与社会实践教学环节;建立和完善国家、省市、高等学校三级高等教育质量监控和评估体系;加大教师培养力度;加大教学管理力度。

| Abstract: | The major factors which impact higher education quality are:universities' running ideology is not correct,school targeted is not clear;exam-oriented education and exam-oriented learning tendencies are common; teaching input is not enough;students' quality is not the same;the growth of investment in higher education failed to keep pace with growth of its scale development.To this end,the following aspects should be used to improve the quality of higher education:Establish a scientific,multiple quality value of higher education;deepen educational reform;strengthen scientific experiments and social practice teaching;establish and improve monitoring and evaluation system of higher education quality from three levels of national,provincial,colleges and universities; intensify efforts to train teachers;increase the intensity of teaching management. |
