| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前在可控硅控制领域,六脉冲触发电路所用调整点仍较多(3—6个)的不足,从实现低故障率、高时 称度出发,依托低廉的NE555(或NE556)、CD4017、CD4069常用集成电路,设计了一套仅有一个调整点的六脉冲触发电路, 并对该设计的工作原理和突出优点作了重点论述。

| Abstract: | This text aims at current at SCR control realm, the six pulses triggering circuitry is shortage at using many ad- justing point(3 - 6). From realize the low breakdown rate, and high symmetry degree consider. Depend use the low price common IC (NE555, NE556, CD4017, CD4069), I design the six pulses triggering circuitry of only have a adjustment point, and do out designing elucidation about working principle and projecting advantage. |
