| 摘 要： | 目前，由于过度训练所引起的肠道免疫屏障的损伤及其所致肠道免疫机能下降，已逐渐引起广大运动医学研究者的广泛关注。本文综述了谷胺酰胺与肠道免疫、运动与肠道免疫以及补充谷胺酰胺与运动机体肠道免疫间的关系的研究进展。
