| 摘 要： | 青岛是中国的沿海开发和经济中心城市之一，其有效供给不仅要满足本地区的需求，同时也将满足本地区外其他地区的需求。理论上讲，拉动青岛GDP增长的需求动力，应是市内需求增长额与外向型产业需求增长额之和。青岛在“八五”和“九五”期间高强度的资本投入，正在逐步发挥其资本的产出效率，从而使青岛积累了供给增长的潜力。同全国其他地区所不同的是，青岛供给增长的潜力，不仅体现在具有传统优势的家电、电子等工业部门，也体现在同贸易中心和金融中心功能的逐步开发所支持的第三产业服务部门。在第三产业和第二产业双重供给增长的推动下，青岛能够继续在高于全国平均增速的轨道上乘势而上，健康发展。

| Abstract: | As a seaside opening city and a regional economic cente r, Qingdao can afford not only the demands of natives, but also the demands of t he people outside the city. Theoretically, the demands of natives and outsides a re the power for the GDP increasing of Qingdao. During the period of the eighth five-planning and the ninth five-planning, Qingdao got a rapid increasing of i nvestment. Now the capatial brings it's producing efficiency into full play and makes the capacity of Qingdao's supply. Different from other cities, Qingdao has the superiority on not only the traditional industrial such as household electr ical equipment and electronics industrial, but also the service trade which is m ainly composed by trading and banking. Under the motive force made by the increa sing supply of industrial and service trade, Qingdao can get a developing rate g reatly faster than the average speed of China. |
