| 摘 要： | 社会转型的具体内容是结构转换、机制转轨、利益调整和观念转变。在我国由计划经济向市场经济转轨的社会转型期，体育人才的开发必须切合我国经济社会发展要求，运用市场经济的运行机制，确立好体育人才配置市场化、使用社会化、投入多元化、收益分配价值化四大价值目标。
