| 摘 要： | 通过介绍我国软件业的发展情况，分析中印在软件业人力资源配置结构上的差异，以及高职教育面临的问题，指出软件蓝领可以作为高职计算机软件教育人才培养的新方向，并提出了与之相关的改革意见。
