| 摘 要： | 社会服务是大学的三大职能之一。目前,提供高质量的社会服务已成为办学者追求的目标之一。在大学办学自主权日益扩大和高等教育发展战略已逐步由数量的扩张转移到质量提高的背景下,区域高校如何发掘高校内部、外部社会资本,健全高校社会服务的管理策略,有助于挖掘内部资源,提供优质社会服务,提高办学质量。
