| 摘 要： | 从管理现状、体育经费、体育设施、体育活动等方面,对河南省大中型企业体育现状进行了调查与分析。结果显示,河南省大中型企业的体育管理模式依然是自上而下的塔式结构;大部分企业体育经费严重不足;大中型企业开展的体育活动主要以竞技体育和整齐划一的体育活动为主,较为单一。

| Abstract: | This paper investigated the present situation of sports management,sports funds,sports facilities,sports activities,and other aspects of the large and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province.Findings： the sports management mode of the enterprises is still of the top-down tower structure;sports funds are severely insufficient for most enterprises;sports activities are mainly competitive and in one form. |
