| 摘 要： | 在大众创业万众创新的背景下,培育学生的创新创业能力是新形势下高职院校的重要任务之一。高职院校应将“工匠精神”合理地融入到创新创业教育当中,侧重培养和提升学生的创新创业能力,为社会培育更多具备较强创新创业能力的优质人才。为此,阐述工匠精神的内涵、分析融入“工匠精神”对高职院校高职学生创新创业能力培养的重要意义、探讨工匠精神下的高职学生创新创业能力培养策略尤为必要。

| Abstract: | Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability is one of the important tasks of higher vocational colleges in the new situation.Higher vocational colleges should reasonably integrate"craftsman spirit"into innovation and entrepreneurship education,focus on cultivating and improving students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and cultivate more highquality talents with strong innovation and entrepreneurship ability for the society.This paper expounds the connotation of craftsman spirit,analyzes the influence of"craftsman spirit"on the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational college students,and probes into the cultivation strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational college students under the craftsman spirit. |
