| 摘 要： | 目的:观察抗抑郁药治疗对功能性消化不良(FD)患者的疗效以及应用百忧解的安全性.方法:将122例病程>1年的功能性消化不良患者,随机分为2组,甲组62例给予百忧解加内科常规治疗(抑酸药和/或促胃动力药),乙组60例应用内科常规治疗.治疗时间均为12周.以自制FD症状评定量表(FDSR)评定疗效,以副反应量表(TFSS)评定副反应.结果:治疗12周末甲乙两组有效率分别为90.32%(56)、51.66%(31),两组患者在12周末均有显著疗效(P<0.01),甲组与乙组比较疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01).两组间不良反应均少而轻,组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论:应用抗抑郁药能有效治疗FD,且不良反应少而轻.

| Abstract: | Objective :To invstigate the effectiveness of anti-depression on patients with functional dyspepsia(FD) and the safty of Prozac in these patients.Methods: 122 out-patients with FD were divided into 2 groups: A-group(n=62),which received antidepressants and routine medicine treatment including anxiolytics and antipsychotic.B-group(n=60),which was given routine medicine treatment.They were all observed for 12 weeks,and were all assessed by FDSR and TFSS.Results :the rate of effectiveness of the A-group is 90.23%,and the B-group is 51.66%.Both of the 2 groups are effective at the end of the follow-up period.A-group is more effective than B-group(P<0.01).There were few adverse elderly patiens with 2 groups and without significant difference(P>0.05).?Conclusions: To treat of FD,antidepressant is safe and effective for those patiens. |
