| 摘 要： | 以散打运动项目特征为切入点,在对陕西省散打队进行访谈、调查的基础上,运用心理测量方法、数理统计法对优秀散打运动员专项心理能力的构成因素及心理训练效果进行分析探讨.结暴表明,构成散打运动员专项心理能力的指标是认知能力、注意能力、自我控制能力.根据该指标,结合散打技、战术特点的心理训练能有效地促进散打运动员认知能力、注意能力、自我控制能力的提高.
