| 摘 要： | 实训基地建设是专业建设的重要组成部分,云和县中等职业技术学校木制玩具制造实训基地建设从＂硬件＂和＂软件＂两方面进行实践与探索。实训基地＂硬件＂建设在确定实训基地建设目标和基本功能定位的基础上,加大投入,积极改善实训基地工作条件;＂软件＂建设在管理机制建立、管理模式探索、实训教学过程的规范、模块化课程体系建设、师资培训、社会服务功能拓宽等方面进行实践与探索,取得较好的成效。
