| 摘 要： | 创造性是人的一种本然天性，在创造的过程中人能获得某种满足。当前的教育束缚了学生的创造性。旨在培养学生创造力的创新教育不应是学生繁重课业后再附加的一种教育，而是应先减轻学生课业压力和精神负担。创新素质只有在一个自由、闲暇、没有太多外在评价的环境中才能充分发展。

| Abstract: | Creativity is a kind of primordial nature of human,in the process of creating human can gain some satisfy.Current education restrains student's creativity.Aims to cultivate the students'creativity,the innovative education should not be this education which is added after a heavy school work,but should reduce students'school work stress and spiritual bruden.The innovative quality can develop fully only in such an environment which is free,leisure and not much external evaluation. |
