| Abstract: | It analyzes some cases about technological transaction development in U. S, then discusses the main factors of affecting the efficiency. On this base, it puts forward an analysis model on RP -GS - IM dynamic mechanism of technological transaction efficiency. It argues that the system of property right, intermediary of transaction and the structure of contracts am the main factors affecting the efficiency of technological transactions. |
