| Abstract: | The building of socialism with Chinese characteristics demands a large number of highly education focused and oriented principals who has his/her own unique philosophy of education with teaching and learning at the core of individualized school leadership and direction. This paper discusses why the principal should have his/her own philosophy of education and teaching and learning, the connotation of the philosophy of education, and how to condense these thoughts on their philosophy of education in order to form the principal＇ s school leading thoughts on their pedagogical practice and teaching approaches within their school. |
