网络资源平台下的运动生理学课程教与学创新模式

摘    要:实验选择了宜春学院体育学院2012级运动训练专业学生作为研究对象,以班级为单位随机分为实验班和对照班,对比分析两个班级对运动生理学知识的了解程度,课程学习成绩、课堂教学状况和教学效果,探讨网络资源平台环境下课程教与学创新模式对大学生学习效果的影响。结果发现受试前两个班级对运动生理学知识了解较少,整体感觉课程难度较大,初期的测试结果也较为一致,但随着网络资源平台的利用,实验班中期和末期测试成绩明显优于对照班成绩,课堂教学效果明显优于对照班同学,对课程知识的掌握和期末成绩较对照班好。因此,采取网络资源平台教与学创新模式有利于学生的课余学习,增强学生的自主学习能力,能有效提高教学效果。

Abstract:The research chosen Yichun College Sports Training Majors students as experiment study, which were separated experimental group and control group following randomized block design. The paper analysis the effect under network resource platform of teaching and learning environment innovative model of exercise physiology courses by comparing two group about knowledge extent of exercise physiology before contacting this course, and the test result of the effectiveness evaluation as well as classroom teaching conditions a- bout courses of network resources platform. The results found that although firstly test for two group had less differences about exercise physiology knowledge, and overall feeling of course difficult and initial test results were more consistent, the experimental group' s midterm and final test results were significantly better than the control group scores. Secondly, the experimental group students were significant better than the control classmates. Thirdly, the survey results shown that the experimental group students to master knowledge of the curriculum also significantly better. Lastly, the end of the test results proved that under network resources teaching and learning platform innovative models the experimental group students overall final grade were better than the control group students. Thus, it was conducive to students in school learning, through Exercise Physiology innovative model of network resources of teaching and learning platform, and enhanced students self - learning ability and improved with teaching effectiveness of curriculum.
