摘    要:为拓宽茶产业剩余物的开发应用途径,以氯化锌为活化剂制备了废弃茶梗基活性炭,考察了各吸附条件对其吸附孔雀石绿效果的影响,并分析了其吸附动力学行为和等温吸附方程。结果表明:溶液pH等各因素对吸附效果都有一定影响;在染料初始浓度为100mg/L、吸附pH=7、吸附温度25℃、吸附剂投量为2g/L,吸附时间为150min的条件下,活性炭对孔雀石绿吸附量为57.8mg/g,对染料的去除率达到97.5%。活性炭对孔雀石绿的吸附过程是一个物理吸附控制的准二级动力学过程,等温吸附规律更符合Langmuir等温式。

Abstract:To develop new exploiting and utilizing ways of discarded tea stalks, the activated carbon adsorbent was prepared from tea stalks with zinc chloride, the adsorption effects of activated carbon on the Malachite Green (MG) under different conditions were studied, the kinetics curves and isotherm adsorption equation were analysised. It was founded that: The solution pH and other adsorption factors all showed certain effect on the adsorption abilities. The MG removal was 97.5% and adsorption capacity was 57.8 mg/g, when MG concentration was 100 mg/L, pH was 7, dose of activated carbon was 2 g/L, temperature was 25 ℃, and time was 150 min. The pseu- do -second model was suitable to describe the adsorption kinetic data, and the adsorption is governed by physical procss, the experimental biosorption equilibrium data of MG were in agreement with Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
