| 摘 要： | 高校教学督导制度是近年来我国高校教育管理工作中出现的新生事物。它在强化高校教学管理、规范教学过程、推进教学改革、提高教师素质和教学质量等方面发挥了重要作用。普通高校在开展教学督导工作时应了解教学督导工作的特点，处理、协调好督与导的关系，处理好督导者与被督导教师、与校内教学管理职能部门以及与学校领导等方面的关系，掌握教学督导工作的流程及工作方式。

| Abstract: | As a newly emerging system in the work of educational management in colleges, the system of teaching supervision and direction plays a very important role in strengthening college s teaching management, standardizing teaching process, promoting teaching reform and improving teachers' quality as well as teaching quality . When supervising and directing teaching , higher schools should have a better understanding of its characteristics and coordinate the relation among supervision and direction , teachers under supervision , functional institutions in teaching management and school leaders , thus well grasping the work process and the way of work in teaching supervision and direction. |
