| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查和访谈等研究方法,对金华地区的5所重点中学的学生参与课外体育活动现状的调查与研究,旨在较全面了解当代中学生课外活动运动项目选定的方式、运动负荷的大小、运动项目的执行情况以及体育保健知识的了解情况,并从中发现问题,进行分析,为推进中学生课外体育活动的开展,提高学生参加体育活动的合理化程度,促进学生身体全面发展提供参考。
