教师校本学习的理念与实践

摘    要:中小学教师培训首先显示为教师学习,而且是校本学习。校本培训转为教师校本学习的过程,是教师自我教育自我提升的过程,也是学校文化建设的过程。学校引导教师展开学习的活动,教师将从“读书”中获得“自我超越”的热情,学校教育改革将由原来的自上而下转向自下而上,既有针对教育问题的教师学习又有引起行动的反思的校本教研。

Abstract:Training for teachers in primary and secondary schools is primarily teacher learning, especially school-based learning. The process from teachers'school-based training to school-based learning is the process of teachers' self education and self improvement and also the process of school culture construction. Through the learning activities in schools, teachers can enjoy enthusiasm of self improvement from reading. The model of school educational reform will be changed into top-down from bottom-up. The new model not only includes teacher learning on educational problems, but also includes school-based teaching and research which helps teachers to produce more reflections on their actions.
