| 摘 要： | 节约集约利用土地是实现耕地保护目标的主要手段,集约利用建设用地是建设节约型社会的一个重要途径。本文以湖南省安仁县为研究区域,通过对安仁县建设用地现状的分析,提出安仁县建设用地集约利用中存在的问题及解决办法。
