| Abstract: | The yeast two hybrid system is a powerful technique for detecting in vivo protein interaction and becoming wildly used in the function study of protein. It includes two hybrid,reverse two hybrid and three hybrid system.Here a brief elucidation of the principle and the application of the yeast two hybrid system is presented. |
