| 摘 要： | 结合市场经济条件下医疗行业面临的新挑战,试图从中华传统文化中寻找突破口,给其赋予时代新的内涵,传承儒家伦理思想精华。现代医师应当具有高尚的医德,一名好医生,不仅要医术精湛,而且还要心存仁爱、尊礼重道、恪尽职守、淡泊名利、诚实守信,来营造一个和谐的患者就医氛围,推动医学事业的发展。 |

| Abstract: | From the Chinese traditional culture, this paper tries to give a new meaning to medical work which is facing some new challenges with the market economy. Modern doctors should have noble medical ethics which not only shows his excellent skills but also his loving care, propriety, responsibility, not seeking fame and fortune, and honesty. Thus a harmonious medical atmosphere could be established and the medical cause could be promoted. |
