| 摘 要： | 大学生兼职的现象越来越普遍,兼职过程中出现的问题也不断增多。如何正确有效地管理大学生的兼职行为,日益成为社会各界共同关注的问题。文章从政府、学校、个人三个层面为大学生兼职提出了建设性的调控对策,希望能为兼职的大学生以及高校的学生管理提供借鉴与帮助。

| Abstract: | Recently,college students＇ doing part-time jobs is more and more common.At the same time the problems are increasing.How to properly and effectively manage the behavior of college students＇ doing part-time jobs,has increasingly become the common concern of the society.The paper puts forward constructive regulation countermeasures from the three levels so as to provide reference and help for the college students who do part-time jobs as well as its management. |
