我国不同等级单板U型场地滑雪运动员运动损伤研究

摘    要:应用流行病学研究方法,对我国不同等级单板U型场地滑雪运动员的创伤情况进行了调查。结果表明:运动员运动创伤患病率较高;患病率居前5位的损伤是膝关节、腰部、踝关节、臀部和头、颈;创伤的发生率与运动年限无关,但创伤的严重程度与运动员的运动等级有关;运动损伤流行病学特征显示伤病特征与运动特点相关性较高,虽然专项训练是第1位的致伤因素,但伤病是多种因素共同作用的结果;伤病对日常训练的影响十分明显,虽然治疗方法较多但总体治疗效果并不令人满意。建议在今后的训练中加强医务监督,引进新的治疗方法与手段,提高训练科学化水平,加强防护措施和自我保护意识,改善场地、器材等条件,进一步减少运动损伤。

Research on the Sports Injury of Chinese Half- Pipe Snowboarders in Different Levels

Abstract:With the epidemiological methodology, the paper conducted a survey of Chinese different levels of half - pipe snowboarders'trauma. The results show that the trauma morbidity is high and the top five in order occur in knee, waist, ankle, hip, head and neck; the trauma incidence has nothing to do with athletic years, something to do with the trauma severity and athletic levels; the epidemiological characteristics of sports injury show that the correlation of injury features and athletic specificityand is high, many factors jointly result in the injury although the specialized training is the first one of the injury factors ; the injury in- fluence on daily training is very obvious, the overall treatment effect is not satisfactory although the treatment methods are many. For further preventing the sports injury, it suggests in future training, enhancing the medical supervision, introducing new treatment means, raising the training scientization, heightening the protective measures and self- protection awareness, improving the conditions of fields and equipments.
