| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查等方法,对浙江大学医学院5所附属医院450名职工进行调查.结果表明:医院职工的体育人口比例为16 8%;锻炼场地以住宅附近为主;锻炼内容登山、跑步居于前二位;锻炼消费每月50元以上的职工比例达20 3%;医院职工对单位组织的全民健身活动满意率达69 1%.建议:重视目标制定和结果考核;聘请社会体育指导员与培训群众体育骨干相结合;以不同强度的锻炼内容满足不同群体的健身需求.

| Abstract: | Based on questionnaire investigation combining with other survey method such as interview etc among 450 working staffs of all five affiliated hospitals of Zhejiang university college of medicine, we investigated and analyzed the status quo of the mass sports and exercise in these facilities. The investigation results show that the proportion of the exercise population is 16.8% in five surveyed hospitals all together. The exercise venues are mainly the residency near-bys. The two most common forms of sports are mountain climbing and running respectively. About 20. 3% of the surveyed population spent more than fifty RMB each month in physical exercise. 69.1% of the investigated subjects expressed satisfaction with the mass exercise activities organized by their facilities. In order to promote and develop mass sports and exercise, a conclusion has been reached that the following measures should be taken. Firstly, Comprehensive yet achievable objectives should be designed and established. Secondly, It is strongly recommended that a policy of hiring some professional sports instructors as mass physical exercise consultants along with training some active sports participants among the work staffs should be adopted. Thirdly, diverse and tailor-made exercise formats should be developed to meet different requirements of various population groups and various interests. |
