基于校企协同的“工作室”运行机制的研究与实践

摘    要:现阶段,校企合作协同育人的教育和人才培养模式逐渐得到应用和推广。在校企合作的协同育人模式中,校企双方都获得实惠,借助"工作室"的形式和机制运行,实现协同育人目标,对于提升学校的教学质量和育人效果,为企业提供专业对口的人才具有重要意义。本文分析了校企协同"工作室"运行机制的重要性,分析目前校企协同育人运行机制中存在的问题,并重点探究新时期校企协同"工作室"运行的有效途径和方法。

Abstract:At present,cooperation between colleges collaborative education education and talent cultivation mode for application and popularization gradually,in university-enterprise cooperation in collaborative education model,between the two sides have benefits,with the help of the "studio" form and running mechanism,achieve collaborative education goal,to improve the school quality of teaching and education effect,provide enterprises with professional bridging is of great significance.This paper analyzes the importance of the operation mechanism of university-enterprise collaboration "studio",analysis the coordination between colleges education problems existing in the running mechanism,and to explore the synergy between colleges in the new period "studio" effective ways and methods of operation.
