课代表建设与涉外护理英语教学

摘    要:本文以真实教学案例为依据,从课代表的选拔、培养和管理三个方面详细阐述了"课代表"教学实践的方法和内容。有了课代表的协助,英语教师克服了课时少、内容多、任务重的难关,顺利完成了每学期教学任务,收到了预期的教学效果,并能高质量地开展各项英语课外活动。"课代表"凸显了高职高专涉外护理班的特色。

Abstract:Based on real teaching cases,this paper elaborates on the methods and contents of the"subject representative"teaching practice,which is illustrated on the aspects of selection,training and management of subject representatives.With the assistance of the subject representatives,English teachers can overcome the difficulties of limited class time,loaded teaching contents,and heavy tasks.They have successfully completed the teaching tasks for each semester,received the expected teaching effects,and were able to carry out various English extracurricular activities with high quality.The"subject representative"teaching methods highlights the characteristics of the international nursing classes in the higher-vocational colleges.
