| 摘 要： | 学生思想工作的复杂性和民办高校建设的特殊性,决定了民办高校辅导员必须是一只高素质精业务的队伍。本文从社会大背景、学校建设、辅导员个体三个方面分析了目前民办高校辅导员队伍存在的问题,并就如何进行辅导员队伍建设和提高辅导员工作有效性提出了建议。
