| 摘 要： | 文章在分析我国农村人力资源开发困境及成因的基础上,探讨了发展农村高等教育对于促进我国农村人力资源开发的必要性,提出了大力发展农村高等教育,实现农村人力资源全面深度开发的几点对策建议。

| Abstract: | Developing rural area higher education is one of the important approach to promote the development of human resources in rural area.This article bases on the analysis of difficulty and its cause of the development of human resource in rural area,discuss the necessity of developing rural higher education to promote the development of human resource in rural area,then put out some policy recommendations of the energetically development of rural higher education and the all-round depth development of human resource in rural area. |
