| 摘 要： | 入世后,我国高校学生的思想政治工作将面临着新的情况,新的问题,能否及时面对与适应高校思想政治工作环境的变迁,关系着高校学生思想政治工作的得失与成败,激励作为一种最常用,最有效的工作手段,在新的形势下仍显得尤为重要,但在新的情况下,激励理论应随之改进与创新。
