| 摘 要： | 城市文化是城市现代化的根基,是城市的旗帜所在。无论是培育城市的个性、塑造城市的灵魂,还是提高城市的竞争力,打造城市的形象,都需要先进的文化作指导。对于正处在城市化加速进程中的每一个城市来说,城市自身应该具有什么样的人文尺度和文化特色,应该是每一个城市决策者在“热发展”中的“冷思考”。

| Abstract: | Urban culture is the groundwork of the modernization of city and the oriflamme as well.No matter it is the cultivating of city personality and the shaping of city soul or the enhancing of city capacity,we need advanced culture to instruct us.For every city which is being in the process of speeding urbanization,it's decision-makers should think deeply whatever human criterion and culture characteristics they should have,which we can call the calm thought in the hot evolution. |
