| 摘 要： | 人是实践的根本、价值的根本，大学生思想政治教育工作中，人既是实践的主体也是实践的客体，因此，思想政治教育必须坚持以人为本的原则，以人为本既是思想政治教育的本质要求，也是全面建设小康社会的需要，要把人当作实践和价值的主体，重视调动学生的自觉性、能动性，同时要重视思想政治教育队伍的建设，实现主体客体的交互才能切实提高大学生思想政治教育的针对性与实效性。

| Abstract: | People are the basis of practice and value.In the political and ideological education of college students,people are subjects and also objects of practice.Therefore,we must insist on the human-centered principle,which is a basic requirement of the education itself,and a requirement to construct our well-off society as well.To enhance the pertinence and actual effect of the education,we should maintain that people are the subjects of practice and value,stress the students' level of political consciousness and initiative,attach great importance to the education staff construction and attain the interchange between the subjects and the objects. |
