| 摘 要： | 河北省地表、地下水资源短缺,地区分布不均,且水资源浪费和水污染现象严重,这些问题一直困扰着河北省经济的发展。为此,应加强领导,制定和实施水环境保护规划,科学利用水资源,以提高水的重复利用率和效率。

| Abstract: | The surface and groundwater resources in Hebei Province are in short supply, and their distribution is out of proportion. Moreover, their waste and pollution is quite serious. Those problems always block the economic development of Hebei .So we should strengthen the leadership, make and implement the water environment protection plan, and use water resources scientifically, thereby improving the full use of water resources. |
