| 摘 要： | 分析传统BCG矩阵在港口分货种物流业务评价与项目选择中的运用以及存在的不足之处，提出用于评估与选择港口物流项目的外部引力和内部实力指标体系，并提出用AHP对指标体系分别计算权值，以及将经过量化的外部引力和内部实力用于改进原有的BCG矩阵的方法与步骤，最后给出应用实例。

| Abstract: | The application of traditional BCG matrix in port logistics business evaluation and the item selection, and the existing shortage of BCG are analyzed. The index system of external gravitation and internal strengths used for the port logistics item valuation is presented. The AHP is used to value the power of the index system respectively, and the methods and steps of applying the external gravitation and internal strengths to the original matrix of BCG are put forward. At last an application case is given. |
