| Abstract: | To make an objective assessment of the faculty by the teaching management,a university teacher evaluation system based on fuzzy synthetic assessment is applied.It enables the teaching management to make an objective evaluation of the faculty and meanwhile it can analyze the shortages of teachers in their work and help them improve their teaching in the future. |
