| 摘 要： | 两岸ECFA是两岸经济合作机制的核心构件之一,其有效运行与两岸经济合作机制成熟发展,反映出如下主要特征:大陆与台湾共享文化与价值观念是深层心理动力;大陆与台湾获益或失益预期是直接行为动力;一个中国原则是内在要求;两岸公共权力正向有效介入是关键。
