| Abstract: | The paper probes into the feasibility of applying competitive intelligence to enterprise strategic risk management. Taking the application of scenarios analysis method and war games method in strategic risk management as an example, this paper discusses the role of competitive intelligence in identifying, monitoring and pre-waming strategic risk, and finally gives an example of how Royal Dutch Shell PLC exercises risk management based on scenarios analysis method. |
