| 摘 要： | 目前大学生特别是女大学生就业非常困难,这对女大学生的创业教育提出了更高的要求。通过创业教育,可以促进女大学生转换就业观念,提升就业竞争能力,缓解就业难问题。创业教育的主要内容应包括创业意识的培养、创业能力的训练、创业知识的储备和创业品质的养成;通过建立创业基地、开展丰富的校园文化活动等路径可以达成创业教育的目标。

| Abstract: | At present,employment for graduates,especially female graduates is very difficult.This places even higher demands on pioneering education of female students.Through pioneering education,students' employment ideas will change and their competitive power will increase.Contents of pioneering education include the cultivation of pioneering consciousness,training of pioneering abilities and development of pioneering quality.The objectives of pioneering education can be achieved through setting up pioneering base and conducting various campus culture activities,etc. |
