| 摘 要： | 政府的合法性,一般指政府凭借非暴力手段使被统治者自觉或自愿地接受政府统治的能力.古往今来,任何政府的有效统治都离不开合法性的支持,不同的政府具有不同的合法性.1978年以来,中国政府的合法性基础发生了重大转变.整个80年代和90年代前期,中国政府致力于建设自己的政绩合法性基础.90年代,随着民主的发展,我国政府合法性的基础也发生了变化.

| Abstract: | The legality of the government,generally speaking,is that the ruled accept willingly the nonantagonistic dominate coming from the ruler.Through the ages,all the governments take effective measures with their legality,and they have their own base of legality.Since 1978 the great change has take place in the base of Chinese government's legal existing.The Chinese goverment had worked hard for the base of his legality during the eighties and ninties. |
