摘    要:全文分为两大部分。第一部分对近百年来中国教育走向现代化的历程分四个阶段进行了概述。从教育思想来看 ,从学德、学美、学苏到走自己的路 ,其间经过了极为曲折和艰难的历程。近二十年来 ,在正确路线的指引下 ,确立了教育的战略地位 ,取得了辉煌的成果。第二部分是对几点历史经验的总结 :坚持马克思主义的科学方法论 ,与时俱进 ,开拓创新 ;面向实际 ,广泛开展教育调查和实验 ;批判继承和吸取中外优秀文化 ,做到“古为今用 ,洋为中用” ;弘扬中国知识分子的爱国主义传统 ,肩负起时代赋予的历史使命

Abstract:This article consists of two parts. The first part summarizes the course of educational modernization in the past hundred years,divided into four phases. As far as the educational thought is concerned, Chinese education took after such countries, as Germany, America, and Pre Soviet Union.Until it walked up its own way.In the past twenty years, the government has gradually attached more importance to the development of education. The second part summaries the historical experiences: insisting on the scientific methodology of Marxism, keeping up pace with times, pioneering and innovating; facing practice,educational investigation and experiment; critically inheriting and assimilating Chinese culture and foreign cultures,making the past serve the present; promoting Chinese intellectual's patriotism, undertaking the historical mission.
