| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和录像资料分析法，对陈式太极拳国际竞赛套路各类动作及动作组合进行统计，分析套路动作各个组成部分的意义特征，重点讨论了单个动作和组合动作的技击性。研究结果表明：陈式太极拳国际竞赛套路全面包含了、捋、挤、按、采、肘、靠等技法，动作缠绕折叠、刚柔相济、爆发力强，同时具备了老架一路的缠丝劲和老架二路的弹性劲，有较强的技击性特征，能在一定程度上反映陈式太极拳的内容和特点。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of documentation and video data,this article analyses different kinds of movements and movement combinations of established series of skills and tricks of shadowboxing of Chen style in international competitions,shows the significance and characteristics of the components of the movements,and emphasizes the art of attack and defense of single movements and movement combinations.The result of the research indicates that the established series of skills and tricks of shadowboxing of Chen style in international competitions include the skills of stroke,shove,press,pick,elbow,lean,etc.,that the movements twist and enwind,combine the strong with the soft and have strong explosive force,and that the established series of skills and tricks of shadowboxing of Chen style in international competitions can reflect the content and features of original shadowboxing of Chen style to some degree with regard to the characteristics of the strength of twist and elasticity. |
