| 摘 要： | 盟友选择是网络联盟企业创建阶段的核心任务，是一个典型的多目标决策问题。本文分析了网络联盟企业创建时盟友的选择过程及其影响因素，以层次分析法和模糊数学为理论基础，提出了盟友选择的多目标决策方法。通过一个盟友选择的实例，用工具软件Criterium DecisionPlus应用和验证了该方法。

| Abstract: | Partner selection, a multiple objective decision making problem, is the core task of network ex- tended enterprise in its establishment. In this paper, the partner selection proeess and the influenee factors of network extended enterprise are analyzed. The partner selection method based on analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and vague mathematics is proposed. An example is provided for application and validation of the above method using the tool software Criterium DeeisionPlus. |
