| 摘 要： | 近年来,跨国高等教育日益发展成为一种全球性的教育现象,跨国高等教育的质量保证和认证也成为各国政府、团体和高校关注的焦点.基于不同文化、传统的各国高等教育质量保证和认证机制的巨大差异成为跨国高等教育发展不可愈越的障碍.在克服这一障碍过程中,形成了跨国高等教育质量保证和认证的四种模式--基于国家质量保证和认证系统、基于双边或多边认可、基于后认证和基于国际质量保证和认证的跨国高等教育质量保证和认证模式.我们需要进行跨文化的质量保证及学位认可机制研究,才能根据我国高等教育的传统和汉语言文化的特色选择和创新跨国高等教育质量保证和认证模式,完善我国的跨国高等教育质量认证体系.
