| 摘 要： | CUBA以“发展高校篮球,培养篮球人才”为宗旨,走社会化、产业化的道路,实施CUBA品牌战略,严格地抓好公平竞赛,将教育、体育和产业有机结合起来,开创出中国大学生篮球运动的崭新局面。体育回归教育,对促进大学生综合素质的提高发挥了巨大的作用。本文结合大学篮球运动的特点及CUBA面临的挑战,通过分析系统的复杂性及其三个基本特征(适应性、自组织和涌现),从文化、质量和品牌建设几个方面,理论探讨了化繁就简,加强质量和品牌意识,创建先进篮球文化、跨越式发展CUBA的思路。
