| Abstract: | The Quality of Higher Education is a conception which is multidimensional, multilayered and changeable. The key to this conception is embodied in the fields of qualified personnel fostering, teaching, management and culture. In summary, the quality of higher education simply means the quality of personnel, quality of working, and quality of the system, quality of culture, which contains the complete connotations of the Quality of Higher Education. |
