| 摘 要： | 提出了基于理想情况下以期望输出为设计起点的消色差复合圆偏振器的设计思路，并构建了消色差圆偏振器的优化设计模型，提出了基于遗传算法的宽带圆偏振起偏器的全局优化设计方法，并用这些方法设计了应用于红外波段的消色差圆偏振器．

| Abstract: | An achromatic complex-circular-polarimeter is desinged, based on perfect instance, for anticipant output design jumping-off point. This article gives the designed model. A optimum design scheme of broad band circular-polarimeter is put forward by inherit arithmetic. At the same time,we project an achromatic complex-circular-polarimeter in infrared wave band. |
