中学英语口语教学中教师的角色定位

摘    要:介绍中学英语口语教学的现状,分析口语教学中存在不足的原因,阐述了英语口语课堂作为绝大多数学生唯一说英语的场所,口语教师在教学中应该担当课堂活动的引导者、参与者以及课堂气氛的营造者等角色。

Abstract:Based on the present situation of spoken English teaching at middle school,this paper analyzes the reasons why there exists inadequacy in spoken English teaching from the teacher s perspective.It explains that the only place for most Chinese students to practice their spoken English is the classroom,where the English teacher should act not only as a guide and a participant,but a builder of classroom atmosphere as well.
