| 摘 要： | 冰球比赛对抗性极强,运动员之间经常发生肢体冲撞,良好的心理品质是保证运动员在比赛中发挥技战术水平的保证。冰球运动员在少年儿童时期进行有意识、有针对性的心理训练对培养其良好的心理品质具有重要的作用。从感知觉、运动表象的思维特征等方面分析少年儿童冰球运动员的认知特点,以及心理状态特性与个性特点,针对他们的特点提出少年儿童冰球运动员心理训练原则、内容和方法,试图建立少年儿童冰球运动员心理训练的模式。
