| 摘 要： | 遵义会议之所以成为中国共产党历史上一个具有里程碑性质的重要会议,其重要原因之一是以毛泽东为核心的新的领导集体领导能力日趋成熟。这主要表现在:理论上和政治上的成熟以遵义会议为契机,两者的结合,使中国共产党的领导从此走上正确的方向;党内斗争方法和策略的正确运用,维护了中央领导集体的团结和统一,是中国共产党领导能力日趋成熟的重要体现;遵义会议后,以毛泽东为核心的新一代中央领导集体显示出的高超的军事指挥艺术和卓越的把握大局的能力,使中国革命不断走向胜利之途,是中国共产党领导能力日趋成熟的最佳体现。

| Abstract: | One important reason why Zunyi Conference is vital to Communist Party of China in history is that the new leadership dominated by Mao Zedong grew more and more mature.This can be seen from the following: the combination of theoretical and political maturity reached by Zunyi Conference guided CPC leadership to find out a correct way;making correct use of method and strategy of inner-Party struggle safeguarded the unity of center leadership,this embodied the importance of the further maturity of CPC leadership;after Zunyi Conference,the new generation of leadership dominated by Mao Zedong showed super abilities of military command and sticking to general situation,and this embodied the best of the further maturity of CPC leadership. |
